SATISFACTION POLICY

We make every effort to deliver quality merchandise accurately and timely, but on the rare occasion that you might not be satisfied with your order we’ll stand by any product for material or workmanship defects for an entire year after the shipping date.  So if an item is defective or was damaged in shipping or if anything else has caused you to be dissatisfied with your Ghost Rewards order, please contact us with your order number and the details of your concern and we will do everything we can to respond to you within 2 business days.

RETURN POLICY

Other used and non-personalized items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please return the items in the original shipping container with original packing materials to:
