About Ghost Rewards 

Ghost Rewards is a merchandise program that offers collector’s items to earn and unlock for purchase that are uniquely crafted to commemorate in-game accomplishments based on PlayStation trophies. 

Items for purchase are offered for a limited time and may be limited in quantity and available in only certain regions. Please refer to the Ghost Rewards product pages for more information, including any restrictions (Ghostrewards.playstation.com or Ghostrewards.eu.playstation.com).   

 

Eligibility 

To be eligible to claim any rewards for purchase unlocked through gameplay, players will need to meet the following requirements:  

  • Have an active PlayStation account 

  • Complete the required achievement(s) in-game before the “Earn by” date displayed on the Ghost Rewards product pages. 

  • Products must be purchased on Ghost Rewards store before the “Purchase by” date displayed on the Ghost Rewards product pages. 

  • PC Players must be signed into their PlayStation account in-game for achievement/trophy recognition on the Ghost Rewards store. Additional information can be found here.

  • The Ghost Rewards program is currently only available to residents of the United States, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom and Australia.  

 

How to Log In and Purchase Physical Ghost Rewards 

To set up an account and purchase physical rewards unlocked through gameplay, players will need to complete the following:  

  • Complete the appropriate achievement(s) as noted on the Ghost Rewards page; this can include Gold, Platinum or other PlayStation trophies on a connected PlayStation account.

  • Visit Ghost Rewards store and sign in with the PlayStation account tied to the PlayStation trophy completions. 

  • Visit the Ghost Rewards product pages and place the product into your Shopping Cart.  

  • Proceed with checkout.

FAQ 

How do pre-orders work? 

Pre-orders are products that are available for purchase but don't ship until a later date (specified on the product detail page). When you purchase a pre-order product you are billed immediately upon checkout. This ensures you will receive the product once it becomes available. All non-personalized pre-order products can be cancelled for a full refund up until the product ships. After the product ships, our normal return policy will take effect. Ghost Rewards Return Policy

Can you tell me the shipping rate on my order? 
Shipping rates vary by your location and the size of your order. The easiest way to find out the exact shipping rate for your location and order is to go through the process of placing an order. When you reach the page where shipping options are presented, you’ll see a drop down menu with different shipping options and their costs for your exact location and order. 

I am having an issue with playing Ghost of Tsushima. Can you help?

Reporting Issues 

Players who encounter one of the below issues should do the following:  

Ghost Rewards Store shows incorrect Trophy status: After completing an in-game achievement, players should allow 5 – 10 minutes for the Ghost Rewards store to recognize the earned achievement. 

If achievements are not reflecting correctly after 24 hours, please reach out to the Ghost Rewards support team to verify achievement status and assistance placing your order.
